Stache Whacker Achievement
In part 4 of Dark Carnival, look for a Whac-A-Mole-like arcade game. Attack it with a melee weapon to destroy it (be “faster than Moustachio”).
Weapon Descriptions
Check the gunshop in Dead Center (first episode, second map) for an accurate description of every firearm in the game (except the grenade launcher).
Guardin’ Gnome Achievement
In part 2 of Dark Carnival you’ll come across a shooting range. Get a high score (500+) to make a lawn gnome appear (which you may recognize from Half-Life 2 Episode 2). Carry the gnome all the way to the end of the scenario (board the chopper) to unlock the Guardin’ Gnome (Chompsky) Achievement.
Gong Show Achievement
In part 4 of Dark Carnival, look for a strength-testing game in the first area. Inject some adrenaline and nail it with a melee weapon to get the Gong Show Achievement (be “stronger than Moustachio”).
Notes: Trainer options are activated using the NUMPAD on the right side of the keyboard. You will need NUMLOCK 'On' for the hotkeys to works properly. Laptop users may need to plug in a USB keyboard to get these keys.
Not all cheats work and not all cheats work with all version of a game. Sometimes the cheats were put in the orginal release of a game and then taken out later with a patch.
Sometimes they are not in the orginal game but added in with a patch and then not all the patches of the game will have the cheat.
